Staying In
Watch The Night Agent
Sucker for a spy thriller? Everyone is talking about The Night Agent right now, the Netflix hit which has just returned for season three. When it launched back in 2023, the series became the streamer’s most watched show of the year (and one of the most successful of all time) – but if you slept on it now’s the moment to get involved. Based on the novel by Matthew Quirk, the series follows low-level FBI agent Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso), who works in the basement of the White House in charge of a phone that never rings. But one day, it does, and Sutherland becomes embroiled in a dangerous conspiracy surrounding a Russian mole in the President’s team. If you’re an established fan about to tuck into season three, expect another thrilling ride – some critics have deemed it the best one yet – starring newbies Suraj Shar (Life of Pi), Genesis Rodriguez and David Lyons.
