The Clink Charity has long been supporting the rehabilitation of people in prison through its restaurant at HMP Brixton. And now, the social enterprise is growing to include a catering and bakery offering, with all dishes and pastries made by trainees learning both inside prisons and within the community. You can order dishes for home gatherings or office events, with the menu including breakfast, lunch and canapé boxes – the High Down Collection, for instance, includes a platter of sandwiches, savoury tarts and classic cakes like Victoria sponge or sticky toffee and date.
