I podcasted with interior designer Katharine Pooley recently (out soon) about the garden room scheme she is designing for this year’s WOW!house at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, 4 June – 4 July. Jo Malone London knows all about fragrancing a space and how scent conjures memories (I adore Lime, Basil, Mandarin which always transports me to an Italian garden – the new Townhouse Collection is sure to bring up new memories).

Those scents takes the natural world as their muse which links nicely into another event themed around the natural world – the Future Fabrics Expo, a fascinating and brilliantly compiled showcase of best practice suppliers and innovators.
